• ORDER FORM.
Once order form link is given, you must fill up the order form within 24 hours of placing an order.
• NO CANCELLATION.
Refunds will be only made if the item is not available or out of stock. You cannot refund an item once you have filled up the order form and paid for its downpayment, or if you paid full. Any excess payment will not be refunded. We are also not liable for the damages caused by international shipping.
• NO VIDEO UNBOXING NO REFUNDS.
incase that the item/s is not complete, or damaged we will not grant any refund if such video proofs (from opening the parcel till unpacking the item) are not available or tampered. we will send a photo of the item’s condition before sending to the buyer.
• NO REFUNDS.
Once you have filled up the order form, it will be automatically confirmed unless stated, also it means that no more backing out/ cancellations of order will be made unless you have a VALID REASON. But still a 60% of the total amount of your order/s must be paid on the stated dop. Failure of paying the fee results in being blocked and you will be posted as a bogus buyer. More so , even though you did not filled up the order form after reserving or mine-ing for an item, you are still required to pay the stated price.
• PAY ON TIME.
Pay your order/s on the said Deadline of Payment, else you will pay a late fee of Php50.00 per day. If you have failed to pay your balance and late fee within 1-2 weeks, we will automatically put up your item on sale without refunding your downpayment. Even if the item (your order) was sold to other buyer, you are still required to pay the cancellation fee and also the late fees. You are also required to fill up the payment form after paying. No payment form, no payment.
• LOST PARCELS.
In any case of mishandled or lost parcel by the courier, we will not be held for any refunds of the item. In any case that problems occured after you received the item (damaged parcel), make sure that you had film the unboxing video from opening the courier pouch/box until the very end so that further actions can be done.

Gogo Xpress: shipping fee can be cod or you can pay it with the total amount of your order via online payment.Shopee: if you opted to shopee checkout, an additional fee will be paid via shopee, but we strictly DON’T ALLOW COD via shopee to prevent such problems (eg. lost parcel, damaged parcel).
• is it okay to send it to my friend’s address?
as long as you pay for it or settle all the balances, and stated it in the order form, yes!
• you do sdd?
No we don’t allow sdd since we also have our own work in our real life profession, we can’t pack it asap, but you can book it the next day.Buyer should be the one to book for a pickup. Details will be sent on the day of scheduled pick up.
